We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders undergo a 1–3 business day processing period before shipment. During this time, each product is tested and verified under strict quality control to ensure the optimal customer experience. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Carriers
Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled via USPS. International orders are fulfilled through our logistics partners using the most reliable carrier available for your region. Carrier selection is determined at the time of shipment based on destination and availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Beminda has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please understand that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Beminda is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. Beminda is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at hello@beminda.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
