At Beminda, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after being placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to the delivery address provided.
During peak periods or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.
Typical delivery timeframes are:
United States: 4–7 business days
EU: 7-15 business days
Rest of world: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak periods, holidays, or due to factors such as customs processing for international shipments. These circumstances are outside of our control and may result in longer delivery times or delayed tracking updates.
Order Changes & Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Incomplete or incorrect shipping information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team may contact you by email within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify your shipping details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us at hello@beminda.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, severe weather, customs delays, or transportation issues.
In rare cases, delays may also occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment processing issues. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Beminda cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist where possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen during transit, please contact us at hello@beminda.com and we will assist you in investigating the issue.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate a claim, as they may require additional information. We will also follow up with the carrier on your behalf and provide updates where possible.
Please note that Beminda is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once shipped, and these cases fall outside of our standard refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
If a package cannot be located, the courier may require a police report as part of their claims process.
