At Beminda, we are committed to providing products designed to support better sleep comfort and alignment. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for a minimum of 14 days to allow your body time to adjust.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after this initial 14-day period, you may request a return within our 60-day money-back guarantee by contacting us at hello@beminda.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We encourage you to try Beminda for at least 14 days to experience its intended benefits. If you are still unhappy, you may return the product within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all Beminda products to minimize the risk of damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage to external packaging (such as dented boxes) while the product itself remains intact is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@beminda.com and including a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, Beminda is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
For delivery-related issues such as delays, missing updates, or tracking concerns, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly. Beminda is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.
